Judging from all of this I have a theory.
1. the BBEG is Szass Tam and the Red Wizards of Thay are in cahoots with Tiamat.
2. They want the Draakhorn to go bad things and get momma Tiamat back to the material realm.
3. This is going to basically be Hoard of the Dragon Queen with a sequel that is The Rise of Tiamat
